Job Description:





  • Develops sales plan of attack with GM and Sales Manager’s input.




  • Schedules and completes regular sales calls in their territory.




  • Prepares a comprehensive Customer Solutions proposal and presents to appropriate personnel.




  • Documents proposal, sales calls, follow ups and activities in CRM software.




  • Assure vehicles are READY and appropriate paperwork is completed and ready at delivery.




  • Performs a thorough delivery presentation including vehicle operation, warranties, extended coverage options and Parts and Service contracts at the dealership.






Job Requirements


Requirements:






  • Is a self-starter and driven to succeed!




  • At least 3 years of proven sales experience in the heavy equipment industry with strong consultative sales skills.




  • Strong computer skills.




  • Proven customer service and long-term relationship building record.




  • Ability to obtain Class B CDL license within 90 days of hire.




  • Employee will be required to reside in the position's market area.




  • Attention to detail with excellent documentation skills.
